TnG Reload Pin – Terms Conditions

This Campaign is organized by Kaspersky SEA Sdn Bhd (“Kaspersky”). By entering this Campaign, entrants acknowledge and consent to being bound by the terms conditions set out herein. Failure to comply with the terms conditions, including any specific instructions issued by Kaspersky in any form and at any time, shall result in the entrants’ immediate disqualification from this Campaign.

  1. Campaign Period

    This Campaign will take place from 1 April 2025 to 30 April 2025 (“Timeframe”). Any purchases made outside the specified Timeframe will not qualify for this Campaign.

    The Timeframe may be amended depending on the availability of Rewards

  2. Eligibility

    This Campaign is open only to Eligible Participants, who must be:

    • Customers located in Malaysia.
    • Participation is open to any natural person of full age, regardless of nationality, residing in Malaysia.

  3. Rewards

    Please note that the rewards are limited and subject to availability.

    Entrants to satisfy all relevant criteria will receive one (1) RM30 (Thirty Malaysian Ringgit) of TNG eWallet Reload Pin (the “Gift”). The Gift is subject to Touch ‘n Go terms conditions which can be found here: user-tnc.pdf

    Only one Gift will be offered per order, even if the order contains several Kaspersky products. This offer is not valid for renewals.

  4. How to Enter

    To enter the Campaign, an entrant must:

    1. Purchase the Kaspersky “Premium” (the “Product”) before the end of the Campaign date.

      • Once the Product is added to the cart, the entrant will see the Gift in the cart as well. If the Product is removed from the cart, the Gift will also be removed.
      • The entry will not be considered valid if the entrant purchases any other Kaspersky product.
      • The entry will not be considered valid if the entrant purchases the Product outside the Timeframe.

    2. The entrant will then receive an email to their indicated email address enclosing both:

      1. The Kaspersky activation code and instructions for the Product; and
      2. The Gift.
    3. All sales of the Product during the campaign are final and non-refundable.

    No entry fee is required to participate in this Campaign.

  5. Money Back Guarantee

    Once the Touch 'n Go Reload Pin 10-digit code is redeemed, the transaction is considered as fulfilled. Therefore, the order will no longer be eligible for a refund, even during Kaspersky’s usual 30-day money-back guarantee period.

  6. General

    1. Kaspersky reserves the right to amend the Campaign entry methods without notice for any reason.
    2. Kaspersky reserves the right to amend the Campaign Timeframe without notice for any reason.
    3. Kaspersky reserves the right to end the Campaign without notice for any reason.
    4. Kaspersky will exert its best efforts to inform the eligible participants that the Campaign has ended if the Rewards are exhausted, but Kaspersky shall not be liable to eligible participants who have met entry conditions after the Rewards were exhausted.

    5. Kaspersky cannot be held responsible in any way or put on formal notice to grant any financial compensation to any entrant in the event of:

      1. Inability of the entrant to use TNG Reload Pin; or
      2. Error in the content of the TNG Reload Pin.
    6. Kaspersky will not be able to send a gift code to the entrant if the latter provides incorrect information when participating online. Kaspersky, its sales representatives or distributors cannot be held responsible.
    7. As all Rewards are subject to availability, Kaspersky reserves the right to cancel, change, substitute or remove the Rewards or make amendments to, change or substitute the Rewards conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion, without notice to the participant.
    8. The Rewards are not redeemable for cash.
    9. Each participant consents to the information submitted with their entry being stored in a database and agrees to its use and ownership for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes by Kaspersky.
    10. This Campaign is subject to the laws of Malaysia.
